Description
PDI Cryl 6000
Pdicryl it is a two-component acrylic paint for cars and industrial purposes. It is composed of special type of acrylic resin to obtain superior hardness and gloss. Pdi Acrylic special pigment provides maximum weathering and scratching resistance as well as color retention.
Recommended Use:
It is suitable for metal and vehicle surfaces which are painted using computer tinting system.

Application Data:
•Surface must be clean by Cleanser to be free of dust, grease and oil.
•Prepare the desired color with suitable quantity and mix it well with PDI hardener and PDI thinner
•Using Spray Gun Nozzle No.: 1.3 – 1.4 mm
•Air Pressure: 2.5 – 3 bars.
•Viscosity: 18 – 20 seconds by Ford Cup # 4 at 20° C
•Coats: 2 coats (30 micron per coat)
SHELF LIFE:
2 years from the date of production in proper condition at 25° C
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The product must be stored in dry space provided with adequate ventilation. Close lid tightly after use. Keep away from direct rays of the sun .

PDI basecoat it is a high-quality paint, especially formulated to repaint private cars, vehicles, and equipment’s. It provides maximum weathering and scratching resistance as well as color retention and attractive metallic finish.

Application Data:
•Surface must be clean and free of dust, grease and oil.
•Surface must be sanded using sandpaper # 120.
•Old paints must be sanded using sandpaper # 1000.
•Paint the metal surfaces using acrylic primer.
•Using Spray gun, nozzle no.: 1.5 – 1.8 mm
•Air Pressure: 3 – 4 bars.
•Viscosity: 20 – 25 seconds by Ford Cup # 4 at 25o C
•Coats: 2 coats.
