PDI NC Sealer
PDI NC Sealer is a high-build material to fill pores in wood surfaces. This product produces a smooth, hard, seal coat as a foundation before using varnish without any influence on natural wood grain. It boasts maximum coverage, easy sanding, superior adhesion, color retention and yellowing resistance.
Recommended Use:
Specially formulated to be used on all types of furniture to
be sprayed with PDI varnish, and can be used as on all types
of veneer as a surfacer to seal pores.

Application Data:
•Sand the surface well.
•Dilute sealer with ordinary PDI thinner till obtaining the desired viscosity.
•Spray the first coat, and allow it to dry for about 5 – 15 minutes.
•Allow the first coat to dry well and then spray the second coat. Allow it to dry, and then sand it with soft sandpaper.
•Spray the last coat, so the wood work is ready for varnish application.
SHELF LIFE:
2 years at 25O C and 65% of humidity, providing the can is tightly sealed.
