Description
PDI Polyester Putty
PDI polyester putty is a two-component polyester putty, especially formulated to fill pinholes, sand scratches, hail damage or small dents on cars surfaces and other vehicles. It is characterized by easy application and sanding, superior filling properties, and fast drying.
Recommended Use:
It is suitable for use on vehicles and other metal surfaces.

Application Data:
•Mix putty and hardener (Hardener: putty 3:100) with the putty knife. Stir well to attain homogeneity.
•Use the putty knife to apply thin coats of putty. No air bubble is permitted. Repeat till obtaining the desired thickness.
•Sand putty using abrasive papers (#80) and then (#180) to attain desired smoothness
SHELF LIFE:
12 months from the date of production at 25O C and 65% of relative humidity.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The product must be stored in dry space provided with adequate ventilation. Close lid tightly after use. Keep away from direct rays of the sun
PACKAGING:
2 kg – 3 kg – 5 kg (Hardener is 3% of the net weight).
